Join us for gentle postures and breath work that will enhance energy and ease in your pregnancy, promote relaxation, and cultivate calm and confidence in preparation for childbirth. This eight week class will provide an opportunity to develop an awareness of your changing body and deepen your relationship with your baby. Previous yoga experience is not required and participation is welcomed at any stage in your pregnancy. In the best interest of you and your baby, we require that your obstetrician or midwife sign a screening form that will be mailed to you with your class confirmation.
