Baby Basics: Beyond Diapers and Drool
Wednesdays 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
$50 per couple
Expectant first-time parents can learn about mothers' postpartum adjustments and common newborn needs and behaviors. This class also includes how to bathe and swaddle your new baby, safe sleep, handling home emergencies, and other baby care tips and common questions.

Family & Friends CPR & First Aid
Monday & Wednesday
6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
$45 per person
Join an American Heart Association certified instructor for this two session course for parents, grandparents, babysitters, nannies, and those who care for children. The first part of the course provides basic up-to-date information and hands-on training for adult, child and infant CPR. The second part will cover First Aid and risk prevention skills for infants and children. The text "Family and Friends CPR and First Aid" will be provided as well as a course completion certificate. (This is not a certification course.) This is a two-part class.
