This free class is an introduction to the Family Birth Center including how to prepare for the birth of your baby, what to expect while you are in our care, a tour of the Family Birth Center, and a meet and greet of FBC staff.  This class is also open to couples who are exploring pregnancy and those who have not decided on a birthing facility.

Maine Medical Center offers free tours to individuals and families who would like a closer look at the Family Birth Center. Tours are held most Tuesday evenings beginning in the main hospital lobby. To listen to a list of available dates and to register, please call (207) 662-6132.
